A course designed to focus on both the internal and external roles of the
principal.   A plenary study of the tasks of Christian school administration.

 

Course Highlights

The purpose of this course is to teach some ethical concepts that are
important to educational administration as well as something of the
process of ethical reasoning.

To help the teacher/administrator learn how to engage in ethical reflections
and justification.

Parents are compelled to send their children to school, yet, they have a
legitimate concern for the moral education of their children.

Important issues regarding equal opportunity are addressed.

The administrator's authority in the school.

Teacher's role in the school and to authority.

Parents' role in the education of their children.
